So what happens if we have another Keegan in charge of England who decides he can't cope half way through qualifying, England don't have a manager without screwing another club over.
What about the small clubs that sell to survive and big south American clubs that sell to pay wages, seems to me you have thought about what would suit your favourite club and stuff everyone else.
