If I choose Start Windows Normally PC seems to be booting up ok and then stops at Windows Logo and then seems to get stuck in a loop and keeps going back to Windows Logo again.

Totally stuck on what to go so would really appreciate any help or recommendations please

Many thanks for your help and time

I would wait longer than 5 mins, leave it for 15 mins or so to give it a chance.

Do you have the Windows DVD or did you create a recovery DVD when you purchased the PC, if all else fails you will need it.
