"Good to go" is 7dayshop's own brand long shelf life / precharged NiMH
There are also Duracell duralock
Energizer ACCU Extreme
GP Ekopower (lower capacity) or Recyko

These days, pretty much every battery maker has a precharge / long storage model, and the big name Eneloops that were once the only entry in this field, are likely to be the expensive option.

PS. if the poundshop 8 are ZnCl, then the 6x Polaroid AAA alkaline from 99p Store have them beat every which way
