...until now, that is! I thought Virgin were pushing everyone to be on 30mbit minimum by giving out superhubs as part of an upgrade. How did you end up with a SHUB, anyway? Replacement for a faulty modem I'm guessing?

Either way, it'll be a nice little boost for you.

I wonder what Virgin's longer term plans for older DOCSIS1/2 users is. I presume they want everyone on DOCSIS3 eventually and I wonder if that will help open the network to more upgrades.
