I have to confess to being stumped on the business model of adding OTT apps onto a pay tv platform but that could just be me , it seems a tad risky to me wouldnt it be better for VM to increase its own VOD library possibly having XL and VIP TV packs with heaps of extra On Demand content as a way to encourage people to upgrade.
