My view, is if you don't want the money, don't go for it.
Similar to the whinging about owners, there is an easy solution, don't allow them to take over clubs. But equally, be prepared to struggle when funds get tight, or have clubs close.
My view, let the clubs close. There is too much spending without any thought in football. I like the idea of only being able to spend what you can show is in the bank, and it is ring-fenced. The victims of the over spending isn't the football clubs that close, but the businesses that expect payment, but can't because a club over spent and caused an issue.
