That looks like exactly the same issue I am experiencing.
If I have some time this evening, I might investigate further and submit my findings to their forums.
The reaction you received from Virgin Media is the kind of the response I assumed would happen. If it isn’t a utilisation issue, they don’t seem to know how to diagnose the issue further.
