Agreed, £20 for "postage" does seem excessive, when only yesterday I sent two heavy books (1.74kg for the two), via airmail, tracked, all the way to a friend currently working in Romania, for a mere £8.

Besides, if the hub is a mandatory requirement of the package, shouldn't it be free, as without it VM are unable to supply the service they agreed a contract for.
