Certainly not, he was gifted a side that needed a major overhaul in several positions. That much has been very clear for at least two seasons, even longer if you think about any attempt to replace Paul Scholes. That will go down in my book as one of Fergies biggest mistakes, far bigger than Djemba Djemba, Veron, Kleberson et al.
I tend not to do 'hyper'
but hypothectically there is not a lot one could do other than keep plugging away ATM, you have to play the cards in your hand and at the moment there isn't a lot of room for manoeuvre.
The next couple of transfer windows will be crucial though so for the time being it's steady as she goes.
Ideally the share price will drop so low that the Glazers get cold feet and sell out to another oil rich sugar daddy.
