Question variable DL and UL speeds and power levels
VM Cable 30Mbit tier
Ethernet connection
Up until Dec 31 2013 I was getting a solid 32Mbit - 33Mbit solid but since Jan 2014 I have been having large variations in DL speeds between 10Mbit and 33Mbit.
How are my power levels
