After the last three days, starting work at 7am, going on the course at 9am - 4:30pm each day, and then working until 9pm or so at night to catch up on emails and help my colleagues, I am feeling quite old..... 
But on the bright side, I am going to a beer festival in Ilkley tomorrow evening, so that should 'relax' me a bit....
