I am under the impression that they will need to remove it as I have proved that it has been laid on my land, my lawyer stated that once it is proved by boundary survey there should be no problem, after all it did state in their letter to provide relevant documents...I have done that... am I disillusioned by this
God I really hope not I do not want monies from VM just for them to remove the cable to the neighbour getting their service as my lawyer has told me this being in my property could lower any asking price as any future buyer could use this as are bargaining tool to use against the asking price ...
