It might be worth getting. I don't think it's an official app but Unblock-US do inform people about the app on Twitter.
I must be thick as I downloaded this app onto my iPad but when I open it it asks for my email address and then I have to click on "Check Status" and it keeps saying "Error Subscription Not Active"
