When Virgin gives me a date i usually add 1 to the year and expect it then. BT give rolling quarterly placeholder dates that don't really mean anything. They're as bad as each other in this regard. |
The floods haven't just been this month, 2013 experienced really extreme weather. I don't know much about previous years' weather but doubt it was to blame for previous delays.
