I get the same:

"We’re upgrading the network in your area and your speed boost will be ready between August 2014 and January 2015. You don’t need to do a thing and we’ll contact you as soon as it’s ready.
Sign in to My Virgin Media to find out what new speed you can look forward to."

I assume we are all getting the same message, unless they can use our IP to give us the correct message. Either way this isn't the February 2014 I was hoping for.
