This is what it say on the first page about the upgrade.

"Right now you have our up to 120Mb broadband. That's really fast, but between August and January 2014 you'll be able to supercharge your speed to up to 152Mb broadband at no extra monthly cost. We'll email you when it's ready."

On the page you linked its - "We’re upgrading the network in your area and your speed boost will be ready between August 2014 and January 2015"

Nice to see Uddingston late as always....
