recently dropped my phone into water.rang vm up and they said the "free"insurance didnt cover it-only for loss or on the phone being stolen. sent the phone for repair,apparently it is beyond economical repair. now i have to pay my contract and i have no phone,as vm say it will not replace it. anyone else had this problem? remember the free insurance is not worth the paper it is written on!!
