I guess it's a case of whatever you're in to.
The thing with taking action against those who knew, it was all rumour and hearsay. I'd find it hard to believe there'd be any concrete evidence of anyone knowing about it, and don't forget how long ago this happened - a lot of people who were at the BBC while JS was at his worst could have since passed away from old age.
