Oddly enough I have not had that since having my piles sorted several years ago.

The Scotch Bonnets are quite mild compared to the Trinidad Scropions I have been enjoying lately. I have to wait a bit longer for Trinidad Moruga Scorpions though, and for the fire insurance.
