I did say last year(or before) that Lanc6 had history and it looks like F002863871 has a Sept2014 estimated fix date. Sounds suspiciously like another Cat C to me!
In this scenario don't blame you leaping into BT Infinity. I'm sure it can't be any worse and likely to be consistently better & over utilisation free.
