I agree,

From my position I do slightly object to paying a £7 HD premium sub and not have the full HD channels (SS3HD, SS4HD, F1HD and SSN HD), I appreciate that they are being witheld but considering this £7 is going direct to Sky I think its wrong especially as the SD is "not standard" SD.

also is it only now £5 for just Sky premium in HD or am I making this up?

with regards to SA its not a premium product so therefore they (sky) can do what the like here)
