Some advice please

My parents have been with Sky since 1990 and i have managed to convince them to switch to Virgin. The main selling point is the broadband as it is the only way to get fibre in the street they live in.

They need 3 boxes on the XL package and also require the movies collection
60MB broadband will be enough
they will also require free calls all day 7 days a week (is that XL?)

I am wondering what the best way to get a good deal will be? I am an existing customer do they get anything if i recommend them? On top of that i have access to the vmrates website as my employer is part of the xexc scheme. Or should i be ringing up for a deal?

My parents currently spend £112 a month with Sky

What should they be looking to pay with VM and which route should i be exploring to get the best deal?
