If you know the rough date now that payment is due, then logging into My Virgin Media should show the bill there to look at. For me, payment due 22nd, so bill is on MVM between the 3rd and 5th of each month. So for you, payment due 26th bill would around the 7th to 9th of each month.
I only have 1 email and i check both emails and spams over a dozen times daily as it's also my business email and i have not received any emails from them.

My bills are due on the 26th of each month, the letter i received today was dated the 27th to let me know that my bill is on it's was, and on this it had another late payment charge.

When i called them, i was told the late payment charge was for the £15 outstanding from last month, the £15 outstanding is a late payment charge i am disputing and refused to pay last month.

I was advised on the phone last month that another late payment charge would not be applied on this.

Also, when i called last month, i was advised that i did not have to pay the full amount that day and that they only require a minimum payment, but i decided to pay it all, minus the £15 i wanted to dispute.

So now, less then a month later, they are applying another late payment charge on that £15. Would that have also done this is i had only made part payment as they had suggested i could do.

Why tell someone they can only make part payment, when they well know that they would then apply a late payment charge for that person not paying in full.
