As Ben_B said they do 1-month contracts, 12-month contracts, 24-month contracts AND pay as you go with no contract.

The problem with coverage is it is crippled to allow for capacity and voice calls. O2/Vodafone offer quite a bit better indoor 4G coverage in cities where they've rolled out, but those are few and far between.
