exactly. It has been nearly a year since VM officially started the speed doubling program so it has been a year since everyone's ratios were 10:1 and even before that it wasn't for long. It took the forever to upgrade me from 50/1.75 to 50/5. I think I had it for 5 months before I upgrade to 100/10. Statistically speaking I think everyones connection have spent more time non-10:1 than they have been 10:1 so it isn't something VM should be able to state/advertise because it isn't true.
