ITV have stated that they are looking at other income streams (like making most of their HD channels subscription only) because advertising revenue has declined. However, I doubt it will be a rival to the premium movie channels on offer, so maybe it will be FTA if it shows ITV1/ITV3 type films.
It'll be interesting to see what happens regarding itv over the next 12 months or so.
