I hope you have the money for the advance replacement programme, otherwise you'll have to send yours off to Prague first and then wait for a replacement to be sent to you once they receive the original. You don't need to spend money for the advance replacement, but you need enough available money on a card for them to place a temporary "hold" for the cost of the replacement, to prevent you just keeping both consoles. Once they get the original back, they remove the "hold".

An alternative would be to get a replacement (or refund) from the retailer, using your statutory rights as a consumer under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended). But the problem with that is that the retailer probably won't have stock for a replacement!
