Re: waiting for seller to post mot certificate, no road tax disk. what can i do ?

Even a MOT is pointless, you could take you car out a garage which a piece of paper stating MOT passed, and the police could stop you and say your car is unfit for the road.

2013, do you mean 2014?

If 2013 its expired.
