*These were the ones from Lidl's. I did them medium-rare as I wasn't really sure how to handle them. I'm happy to report that they're really tender. Taste is like beef rump but milder. Only 91 cals per 100g these are perfect if you're on a diet and fancy some steak if you use diet oven chips. Think I'd probably do them medium-to well done to develop some crust next time.

Yes my Dad mentioned these kangaroo steaks to me but as of yet l have yet to taste these Antipodean delights.
