Hi to everyone

I am a newbie to this forum.

I am a virgin media customer myself but question is from a different perspective.

I work for a company whereby our products rely on dialing up to the internet (old fashioned i know).

Today we have been receiving many calls from customers that have VM lines that they cannot dail out, they get 'number cannot be dialed' error.

Most complaints are coming from the North East and Scotland.

Is there a site where VM publish known area's that have service disruption?, this may help me understand if it is indeed Vm or perhaps something else.
