I thought they were bought by Toshiba. Therefore Tosh are liable for their guarantees.
There is a problem with high density MLC FLASH memory that is only now coming out.
Apple withdrew their SSDs of their 64G & 128G SSD models.
Intel have done an independant testing and have found the same.
