But that's not really the point is it , the BBC and Sky app were already out to the general public and running on earlier versions of Android , its crazy to launch a product to the entire customer base that's not been previously available on Android and not include access for those on the latest version of Android as you've said the code was out a few months ago which is plenty of time to include it.
