One would argue that you need to negotiate first with parties involved to get the answer first. As you will know, the UK government is not playing ball and would rather negotiate after the vote.
Putting this tac to the side, the only result can be an assumption. Is the snp's assumption based on that EU would accept Scotland due the independent wealth of the country it would bring to the EU and to the UK. I mean, its not like we're in the EU already
