I note that there was no mention of Bliar/Brown during whose time in power the gap between rich and poor got worse IIRC. Odd that eh?
Anyway, since the state of London specifically and the nation in general worries the OP so much maybe we could all chip in for a nice one way ticket somewhere else. I'm thinking long haul, isolated, no internet access...
