Now, here's the thing. With the default settings (what you've got), the first client to get an email keeps it, the other clients won't "see" it. What you need to do is put "recent:" in front of the username. So joe.bloggs@ntlworld.com becomes recent:joe.blogs@ntlworld.com - but beware, you WILL get a deluge of emails when you set this up. |
i spoke CS around 6pm who said he look into my account and get back so far i am still waiting. strange thing is i just gone to my inbox and i am get emails far back as March/April 2013. so think i got 7months emails to come through. Do you know whats happening? Thanks
