Then there's your problem. You need to read a guide on how to set up Windows Live mail: http://help.virginmedia.com/system/s...MER_TYPE=Cable

Now, here's the thing. With the default settings (what you've got), the first client to get an email keeps it, the other clients won't "see" it. What you need to do is put "recent:" in front of the username. So joe.bloggs@ntlworld.com becomes recent:joe.blogs@ntlworld.com - but beware, you WILL get a deluge of emails when you set this up.
