That's the thing though isn't it - no one in their right mind WOULD do something like this.
They clearly are very sick.
Which is why I would lock them up and throw away the key even castrate them so they couldn't do it again.
Of course what they choose to do to themselves if and when they get cured is up to them as if I found out I'd done something like that while I was sick I don't think I could live with myself.
