I don't see anything wrong with kids needing to learn about (that's LEARN ABOUT, not 'agree with' or 'convert to') Islam seeing as it's such a hot topic in world news right now plus it's one of the fastest growing religions in the world. That way they can learn the facts instead of the "they're all just suicide bombers who want to turn the UK in to an Islamic state" BS that does the rounds today.

The racial discrimination record is pathetic though. Sounds more like the head trying too hard to be seen as being PC. Either that or she expected enough parents to object to the workshop purely because it was about Islam.
