Some cyclist are asking to be hit.
Tonight driving home I saw 3 of them riding wearing dark clothing, only one had a helmet and one had no lights, and the ones with lights just had the flashing LEDs.
Personally the police should stop these idiots and confiscate their bikes and make them walk home and NOT be allowed to collect their bikes without proper lights (non Flashing type), head gear and fluorescent clothing.
