You're failing to acknowledge the difference. The variety you speak about is fine; we all have channels we don't watch and those that we do, but these are non premium channels. BT sport is a premium channel that VM are forcing
all XL users to pay for. Premium channels should be optional, paid for only by the ones who want to watch them; that is why they are called premium channels.
And why should I downgrade to avoid the cost of BT sports and in the process lose HD channels? Let people who want premium sport (or any other premium channel) pay for it as intended; as a premium service.
