LOL.

I think with noise it's a case of when you're there at the main source of the noise it's normal. it's when you're not there and having to listen to it from somewhere else that it becomes a problem.

Have you thought about going around the new neighbours and sitting with them for a few hours whilst the dog is barking. it won't be so bad then?
