Are you suggesting that perhaps for the next 2 - 4 attempts I do as you suggest to see if it could be my anti-virus program causing the problem?
Also of course this will leave me having to spend an hour or so doing a system scan to find any mail that may be infected.  |
if it is jamming on a particular email you could use webmail or telnet to delete that mail. then try downloading with outlook express
