Just rang myself, the lady I spoke to was unaware fo the deal. I did speak to someone Scottish, so that was a bonus.
I had "loyalty offers" as well as a few others on here. However, I saved more money by losing my "loyalty offer" than through keeping it.

Lower monthly bills and 6 months free netflix, smashing!!
Just gotta wait for the e-mail with code. I was told the wait would be 5 working days, not just 5 days.
Probably a silly question but, does anyone know if I will be able to use a free trial whilst waiting for the code (provided I get the update before the code that is), or will they register the use of Netflix on my TIVO box thus stopping me using both deals?
