Currently on the Premiere package which has 60Mb internet. Checked what speed increase i'll be getting and got this

I'm currently on a loyalty discount that runs out in April next year so i'll be phoning up anyway to see what I can get. But |I dod find it strange that it still says that i'm on 10Mb.
