Any price increase you are subject allows you to leave, so the only way it can work is if the new contracts for the speed increase happen after a price increase. Therefore the ball is completely in the customer's court

Any price increases are not connected to the speed increase i.e. they would happen whether you got an increase or not

Therefore the increases themselves are 'no extra cost'
