We all pay our money and make our choices. If people are unhappy, that is their right, but people can make a different choice. They change something, or put up with their choice. What I am saying is that the practice should be made unlawful. This would bring about two benefits for the customer. First of all, prices would come down, and secondly, everyone would be able to gain access from any platform.
I don't think we should condone the status quo. It means that to get all the access you want to programmes, you have to subscribe both to VM and Sky. How can that be right?
