You can't solely blame people. The online portion of the game just has too many messed up mechanics. Who in their right mind thought a built in aim bot was a good idea? Or that passive mode only protects you on foot. Those two things would solve most of the problems.

Its multiplayer, so yes I can and will blame 'people' for sucking the fun out of it.
