Thanks guys I went to the VM support forum and a nice mod on there sent me a pm and sorted an engineer for Monday.

I couldn't get more than 1.5mb last night although today my power levels are up a bit giving me 100mb again...could this be a problem with over congestion? I live about 5 miles away from a student area so it shouldn't effect me and this problem only started on Monday night but 2 days this week about this time 10.30 my BB speed has been ok...Wife is still in hospital with the baby so by the time I get back on a night around 10.30pm power levels are down and speeds are 1-5 mb if I'm lucky it was still like this at 2am.

Thought I better check so could mention it to the VM engineer when he gets here?
