A few people from Target have got their console early, someone was able to use it and download the Day one patch which he revealed was a 500mb download.
I also read somewhere else that the X1 is a door stop until you have downloaded the patch, so i hope my internet doesnt go down on delivery day! lol

Apparently 1 of these users has had his console banned by MS which is very bad PR by MS if you ask me as it wasn't his fault the console he purchased got sent to him early.
