That's kinda what we were talking about several pages ago.

Though to be honest it'd be just as effective to run ten extra coax lines as it would be to run ten extra fibre lines, both carry DOCSIS RF channels anyway. Although fibre would be thinner so you could probably fit more into the same space if you were limited by duct diameter.
